1，Raw material inspection
Our first check on the material is "Choose".The cashmere raw materials is from the most western Inner Mongolia Alashan region.The cashmere here has good fineness and length, smooth feel, high purity, less dander and different color fiber, pertinence. After the inspection and analysis of technical professionals to guide the sorting, carding into no plush to ensure the stability of quality.Wool raw materials are selected from the best quality pastures in Australia and New Zealand.

2，Dyeing
Dyeing is very important to the quality of cashmere products, which is directly related to the performance of the finished products. So we pay close attention on this process.

A, Lab-dip
We require the customer's sample making system, we must use bulk dyeing, auxiliary sample making, to ensure the operability of the customer's order.At the same time, all the samples of the customer shall be kept on file for 3 years. All the samples must pass the calibration of professional instruments before leaving the factory and can only be sent out after meeting the standard.For all confirmed samples, the raw materials of the same batch of proofing materials must be selected for production after receiving the order. If the raw materials of the same batch need to be replaced by other batches, the samples must be duplicated, and the technical personnel can confirm it before production.

B.Bulk dyeing
According to the characteristics of cashmere, the first step of cashmere dyeing production must be on-site cleaning, batch transition cleaning, which is throughout the whole cashmere production process.At the same time, high quality, high performance production equipment and high-quality production staff combined.
In the use of dyeing raw materials, auxiliary materials, auxiliaries, we always adhere to their own product positioning, using Switzerland, Germany imported high-grade environmental protection reactive dyes and auxiliaries.

3，Spinning
Spinning quality control is the most critical. The first is the production environment, we use central air conditioning, perennial constant temperature and humidity (temperature 28℃-30℃, humidity 65%-75%);Secondly, the production process adopts four-level quality control method: color fastness, pilling, evenness, CV value, sampling inspection for each batch, and comprehensive evaluation for each batch of finished yarn according to the internal quality control standards of the enterprise.

In order to ensure customers get satisfactory products, strict requirements and inspection are required for each tube yarn packaging, from the inspection before tube yarn packaging (each tube yarn appearance, color difference and yarn defects, etc.) to the selection of plastic bags, the label in each tube yarn and the packaging quality of carton are carried out according to the company's regulations.
