Below are key QC policies of ours; 1. Fabric Quality Control • Inspect fabric for defects (holes, stains, shading variations). • Perform fabric GSM (grams per square meter) checks. • Test colorfastness, shrinkage, and pilling resistance. • Ensure fabrics meet agreed specifications before production. 2. Trim & Accessory Inspection • Check labels, zippers, buttons, threads, and other trims for quality. • Ensure trims match the buyer’s requirements and are defect-free. 3. Pre-Production Quality Control • Approve pre-production (PP) samples before bulk production. • Conduct pilot runs to check workmanship, measurements, and design accuracy. • Review size sets and ensure grading is correct. 4. In-Line Production Inspection • Monitor stitching, cutting, and finishing processes. • Identify defects early to prevent mass production issues. • Ensure compliance with the approved PP sample. 5. Final Inspection (AQL System) • Conduct final quality checks based on AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards. • Inspect finished garments for defects such as loose threads, misalignment, poor stitching, stains, or incorrect sizes. • Ensure proper pressing, packaging, and labeling before shipment. 6. Compliance & Safety Checks • Verify that garments meet buyer-specific compliance (e.g., REACH, OEKO-TEX, GOTS for organic clothing). • Ensure factory follows ethical and legal standards (e.g., worker safety, fair wages). 7.
