| Factory Details: | We are equipped with the latest machinery in stitching and washing departments to ensure high quality of RMG. This includes Jeanologia Laser Machine and Turkish laundry machines including an Ozone Machine. Our factory can produce 350,000-400,000 garments per month, this ensures we can meet both large-scale and custom orders efficiently. We specialize in manufacturing Men’s Women’s and Kids Denim wear products such as Jeans, Shorts, Jackets, Dungarees Skirts etc. We are catering to a diverse range of customers including Mustang Jeans, Next UK, Mango, El Corte Ingles, LPP and many others. Our MOQ is usually 1,000 pcs per wash/style but to entertain a long-term partnership we can even entertain orders below 500 pcs. The lead time depends on the fabric availability, if we go for stock fabric the production lead time is 45-60 days but for a new fabric it can go up to 90 days. |
