| Factory Details: | Our facility is located in Ahmed Nagar, Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan, the globally recognized hub for sportswear manufacturing. With a workforce of 250 skilled professionals and 120 sewing machines in operation, we maintain a proven monthly production capacity of 80,000 pieces, scalable to meet peak season demands without compromising standards. The factory operates as a fully integrated cut-to-pack unit with zero outsourcing. All production stages, fabric inspection, cutting, stitching, embroidery, sublimation, direct printing, heat transfer, silk screen printing, finishing, and packaging, are handled entirely in-house. Our dedicated R&D department develops 3 entirely new styles per day, supported by in-house designing, 3D mockups, and sampling capabilities. Quality is maintained by an independent 20-member QA/QC team conducting checks at every stage of production, from raw material inspection through to final dispatch. Finished orders are exported worldwide via Sialkot International Airport using premium freight carriers including DHL and FedEx. |
