Founded in 1963 by Abdelmottaleb Abdeldayem as Jacquard Weaving Factory in Matariya, Brightex began by producing upholstery fabrics. In 1980, the company expanded to the 10th of Ramadan Industrial City, launching an acrylic spinning factory and specializing in satin, cotton, gobelin, and velvet fabrics.

Brightex was among the first to introduce printed fabrics to the Egyptian market and later established a dye house for yarns. Today, we specialize in high-quality medical fabrics, serving both local and international markets.
