- Product Name: Apparel and Garments
- Knitwear Volume: 750,000 pieces of mixed men's and women's apparel, including T-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts.
- Children's Clothes Volume: 300,000 sets of various kids' garments.
- Order Frequency: These quantities will repeat every month and may double in the next three months.
- Individual Packaging: Every item must go into its own plastic bag marked with the SKU, size, and color code.
- Bulk Packaging: Pack a maximum of 20 pieces into strong boxes made for international shipping.
- Shipping Conditions: Initial urgent shipments will use fast air freight, followed by sea freight for regular orders under FOB terms at your closest major port.
- Payment Details: Payment terms are Net 30 through a Letter of Credit (L/C) or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), with an advance deposit of 5% to 10% to secure production lines.
- Supplier Documents: All bidding partners must provide a short summary of their current factory certifications.
